ေကာင္းထက္ညြန္႔ကို အဖ ဦးကံညြန္႔ ႏွင့္ အမိ ေဒၚၾကင္ယံု တုိ႔မွ ၁၉၇၁ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ဖြားျမင္ခဲ့သည္။ အ.မ.က(၅) ဒဂုံ၊ အ.ထ.က(၂) ဒဂံု ႏွင့္ အ.ထ.က(ေအလာ) တို႔တြင္ ပညာသင္ၾကားခဲ့သည္။ လယ္ေဝးၿမိဳ႕ အေျခခံပညာ အထက္ေက်ာင္းမွ ၁၉၈၆ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ အထက္တန္းစာေမးပြဲကုိ ေျဖဆုိ ေအာင္ျမင္ခဲ့သည္။

• ၁၉၈၇ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ရန္ကုန္စက္မႈတကၠသုိလ္(R.I.T) တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ၿပီး ၁၉၉၅ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ စက္မႈ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာဘြဲ ့ B.E (Mechanical) ရရွိခဲ့သည္။
• ၂၀၀၀ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ National University of Singapore မွ မဟာသိပၸံဘြဲ႕ M.Sc (Mechanical Engineering) ရရွိခဲ့သည္။
• ၂၀၀၅ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASRAE) အဖြဲ႔မွ Associate Member အျဖစ္ လက္ခံခဲ့သည္။
• ၂၀၀၈ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ စင္ကာပူနုိင္ငံ Building & Construction Authority (BCA) မွ Green Mark Manager (GMM) အျဖစ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္တြင္  Certified Green Mark Professional (GMP)အျဖစ္ လည္းေကာင္း အသိအမွတ္ျပဳျခင္း ခံရသည္။
• ၂၀၀၉ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ အေမရိကန္နုိင္ငံ Green Building Council (US GBC) မွ Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Professional (LEED AP)အျဖစ္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳျခင္း ခံရသည္။
• ၂၀၁၁ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ Professional Engineers Board Singapore မွ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳသည့္ Certified Data Center Professional လက္မွတ္ ရရွိခဲ့သည္။
• ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ စင္ကာပူနုိင္ငံ National University of Singapore ၏ Energy Sustainability Unit မွ ေပးအပ္သည့္ Singapore Certified Energy Manager(Professional Level) လက္မွတ္ ရရွိ ခဲ့သည္။
• ၂၀၁၃ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ စင္ကာပူနုိင္ငံ Qualified Energy Services Specialist (formerly known as Key Qualified Person) အျဖစ္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳျခင္း ခံရသည္။
• ၂၀၁၃ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ စင္ကာပူနုိင္ငံ Building & Construction Authority (BCA) မွ Certified Energy Auditor အျဖစ္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳျခင္း ခံရသည္။

လုပ္သက္(၁၅)ႏွစ္ အတြင္း စင္ကာပူ၊ ထိုင္း ႏွင့္ ဖိလစ္ပုိင္ ႏုိင္ငံရွိ Chilled Water System ေပါင္း (၅၀)ေက်ာ္ကို ဒီဇုိင္းလုပ္ျခင္း၊ ျပဳျပင္မြမ္းမံျခင္း၊ Project Development လုပ္ျခင္း အေတြ႔အၾကံဳေကာင္းမ်ား ရရွိခဲ့သည္။ Commercial Building ၊ Industrial Facility ႏွင့္ Data Center (၂၀)ခုေက်ာ္ကို Energy Auidt ႏွင့္ Energy Project Development လုပ္ခဲ့ၿပီး ျဖစ္သည္။
